and still remain healthy, happy and ready for work again...or at least face the year with enthusiasm & vitality.
It sounds crazy for the party season to feel "stressful" but let's face it - sometimes we say YES to more things than we know we should and then you have kids going in all directions and their antics to deal with (or not).
So this episode we would like to offer some tips on surviving as well as thriving into 2022 & ways to navigate what YOUR stress might look or feel like - physically, mentally, emotionally and even to grab some time out for some spiritual recalibration depending on whether you're an introvert or an extrovert...knowing what balances you is key.
