Food - What IS a GOOD Balanced Diet?
The reality is you don't want to go through your lives depriving yourselves of what you enjoy. So how can you maintain a good eating regime, without changing your weight - EVEN if you're going through hormonal changes (hello - PMT, peri-menopause, menopause)
Mostly I find, women aren't really honest with themselves about what they put in their mouth.
Here's a run down of our routine, how we feel after eating and what we watch out for as warning signs to "pull back" and be "good" again if we've fallen off the wagon :-)
